皆が新しくオリジナルな物が好きです。カラーカルトは2005年に京都にて創立されました。始めた理由は、ファッション世界に新しい、ユニークなスタイルの旋風を巻き起こしたかったからです。カラーカルトの派手で活発な色で皆を満足させる。大量生産のものじゃないから皆熱狂して欲しい。
Quite a few people ask where the name Colorcult came from. It was chosen because we believe that colorful, one-of-a-kind design has become the cult of the 21st century.
いつも、カラーカルトっていう名前はどこから来たか聞かれます。理由は２１世紀でユニークなデザインの旋風が起こります。
My name is Senongo Akpem. I am a Nigerian-American designer, and the owner of Colorcult. I have been making things since I was a child, and have years of printing, painting, and sewing experience. I was raised in a small town in central Nigeria, where I was exposed to all kinds of beautiful people and fabrics. Naturally, I decided to make bags and clutches that reflect this upbringing.
私はセノンゴ・アクペムです。ナイジェリア系アメリカ人の版画家、デザイナー、とカラーカルトの社長です。子供の時から、ものを作っているので版画と絵の経験が豊富です。ナイジェリアの小さい街で育ちました。そこで、色んな人と生地に接しました。もちろん、それらの世界のようなカバンを作りたいと思っています。
All Colorcult bags are made with imported Nigerian fabric. We also use one of a kind, original silk-screening to give each bag its own personality. The look comes from a combination of African fabric and pop, modern design.
